These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZivaAyu website, consultation booking form, and related services. By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
Consultation Booking
ZivaAyu allows patients to submit consultation requests for mental health and therapy services. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee appointment availability. Our team may contact you to confirm details, availability, and next steps before a consultation is finalized.
Therapist Assignment
Therapist assignment is based on availability, clinical suitability, patient preferences, language needs, and other relevant factors. ZivaAyu will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferences, but specific therapist assignment is not guaranteed.
Payments & Refunds
Consultation fees, payment methods, and refund eligibility may vary by service, therapist, and booking arrangement. Any applicable payment and refund details will be communicated before or during booking confirmation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Patients should notify ZivaAyu as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Cancellation, rescheduling, and missed-session terms may depend on therapist availability and the booking arrangement confirmed with you.
Recording Consent
Booking a consultation does not give us permission to record it. Your clinician will ask you at the start of each consultation, and recording only happens if you agree then. If you agree, we record the audio so that your clinician's notes can be drafted automatically; it is deleted once those notes exist. You may decline, or change your mind, without any effect on your care. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Confidentiality
ZivaAyu respects patient confidentiality and handles personal and health information with care. Information may be shared only as needed for healthcare delivery, patient safety, legal compliance, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Patient Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a consultation request or participating in a consultation. You are responsible for attending sessions on time, maintaining appropriate conduct, and informing your therapist or ZivaAyu of relevant health or safety concerns.
Emergency Disclaimer
ZivaAyu is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, thoughts of self-harm, risk of harm to others, or any immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on the ZivaAyu website are owned by ZivaAyu or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZivaAyu is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, consultation booking process, or services. Clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
